Terms of Service

The service

Cont'd (“we”, “the platform”) is a screenplay analysis tool. It connects to Google Drive, reads FDX files you specify, and surfaces structured intelligence to your team. Access is by invitation only. Using Cont'd means you agree to these terms.

Your content

You retain all rights to your screenplay content. By connecting a Drive folder, you grant Cont'd permission to read those files for the purpose of generating analysis. We do not claim ownership over your scripts. We do not use your content to train AI models. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your Drive or deleting your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract underlying model weights or analysis logic.
• —Use the platform to process content you do not have rights to analyze.
• —Share account credentials or circumvent access controls.
• —Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform in bulk.

Early access

Cont'd is currently in early access. The platform is provided as-is. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We will do our best to give reasonable notice before removing functionality that your team depends on.

Accounts and access

Access is granted per email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@contd.app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

Cont'd is an analysis tool. Any intelligence it surfaces is meant to assist — not replace — human judgment. We are not liable for decisions made based on platform output. The platform is provided without warranty of any kind. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
